For customers

• Search for a service or product and filter by city.
• Open a verified business profile to see services, hours, photos and reviews.
• Message a business in-app or via WhatsApp, and leave a review after your experience (sign up and verify your email first).

For businesses

1. Register your account and verify your email.
2. Create your business profile and upload verification documents (license/GST + a premises or vehicle photo).
3. Once a moderator approves you, your profile goes live in search.
4. Add listings (products/services), publish posts (offers/updates), and set your SEO fields for better visibility.
5. Reply to customer messages from your dashboard.

Verification tips

Clear, readable documents get approved faster. Service businesses can upload a geo-tagged photo of a work vehicle instead of premises.
