LocalGURUJI is a directory and marketplace — a medium that connects customers with local businesses. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a business listed here.

What we do

We publish business profiles, verify submitted documents, host reviews from verified accounts, and provide messaging so you can contact a business directly. That is the whole of our role.

What we are not responsible for

• The goods, services, workmanship, pricing, timeliness or conduct of any business listed on LocalGURUJI.
• Any contract, payment, booking or dispute between you and a business — those are strictly between the two of you.
• Information a business supplies about itself. We verify identity documents; we do not audit every claim, price or availability statement.

What our verification badge does and does not mean

A “Verified” badge means a human moderator checked identity or registration documents the business submitted. It is not an endorsement, a quality guarantee, or a warranty of any kind. Always use your own judgement before paying for or committing to anything.

Reviews

Reviews are the personal opinions of the customers who wrote them, not statements by LocalGURUJI. We require a verified account and moderate against our Review Guidelines, but we do not independently verify the facts of each review.

Reporting a problem

If a listing is inaccurate, fraudulent or unsafe, tell us at vishalghosh@localguruji.com and we will investigate. We can remove listings and reviews from our platform; we cannot resolve a commercial dispute for you.
